The Retirement Consulting Group is a national, independent retirement consulting firm.

RCG consults with plan sponsors and their professional advisors to improve the results of their 401(k) plan.  RCG builds retirement plans that are transparent, cost efficient, and professionally managed for improved investment results.

RCG was created in response to what has become obvious to an ever growing number of industry professionals. Traditional participant-directed 401(k) plans are not working! It is also clear that the industry’s response has been ineffective and self-serving.
